NO REFUNDS

All sales of products & services are final. Spa credit will gladly be given for any product return. We want to take the best care of you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service please let us know immediately.

 

ARRIVAL

Please arrive for your appointment(s) 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, use the restroom, change and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when schedule permits, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy.

 

NO SHOWS

We understand that emergencies happen and some things are unavoidable, however we operate on an appointment based schedule that is in high demand. All no shows will be charged a rescheduling fee prior to rescheduling. If you have a promotional voucher (i.e. Groupon, Living Social, Amazon Local, etc.) it will be automatically redeemed. If you have purchased any type of direct promotion from the spa that appointment will be void as well unless the rescheduling fee is paid in advance. If you elect to pay the rescheduling fee you may then opt to use your voucher or promotion as long as it is within the standard terms and conditions.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged a rescheduling fee minimum $25 up to 50% of the total price of your service. This must be paid prior to scheduling of a new appointment.

 

This also applies to complimentary services. If you receive a free service and schedule an appointment you may also be billed fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the current service price for a “no-show” or failure to cancel a reservation within a 24-hour time period.

 

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

 

 

SESSION FLOW

Your session will begin at the appointed time.  If you are scheduled for 1:00 your time will begin at 1:00 so it is recommended that you be on the table at 1:00 to ensure that you receive the most hands-on time as possible.  Five minutes is allotted for relaxation at the beginning and at the end of each session which reduces your actual hands on time by 10 minutes.

 

 

PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS (GROUPON, LIVING SOCIAL, AMAZON LOCAL, ETC.)

Coupon Deals, Daily Deals or any deals purchased online via a third party are for new clients only. Additional may be purchased as gifts.

 

Vouchers may not be redeemed for couples massage or massages performed at the same time.

 

Vouchers may not be used for Pre-Natal massages.Advance scheduling is required for all promotional vouchers.

 

Same day appointments are not accepted unless client opts to pay priority scheduling fee of $30 for requested time frame.   

                

Other times outside normal business hours are available for a priority scheduling upcharge of $25.  Business hours are posted on the Contact page.

                                                                                 

Any appointment scheduled with a voucher and rescheduled after the expiration date will require a $25 rescheduling fee to be paid prior to the  rescheduled appointment.
